| The 50,000 sq. ft. building is being constructed in phases. The modular lab/office space offers rooms ranging from 400 to 1,200 sq. ft., which can be configured to meet tenant needs. |

The first two phases (24,000 sq. ft.) are complete and now leasing. Construction of Phase 3 (26,000 sq. ft.) is expected to begin in 2010.
