| The 50,000 sq. ft. building is being built in phases. The modular lab/office space offers rooms ranging from 400 to 1,200 sq. ft., which can be configured to meet tenant needs. |

Phase 1 & 2 (24,000 sq. ft., 15 laboratories) are complete. Construction of Phase 3 (25,000 sq. ft.) is expected to begin in 2008.
